Our mantra is to build a relationship with those that come to work on our property. Harvesting by hand picking normally commences in July and can continue until March as we progress from Mandarins, through Navels and our other citrus varieties. We also require people to assist in harvesting avocados and mango’s.
To ensure best possible quality, the fruit is carefully picked to minimise damage and ensure the best possible outturn in the marketplace.
